Happily serving McKinney's children ages 18 month-5 yr since the Fall of 1993.

At Crossing Point Christian School we are dedicated to the philosophy that young children grow in an orderly
and sequential manner with predictable stages of development.

We recognize that each child is unique and accept each child at their current stage of development.

It is our responsibility to provide help and challenges in this growing process.

A balanced and well planned program of "hands-on" experiences is offered in individual, small, and large group activities.

It is our intention to nurture the development of the whole child - physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual growth.

As Christians and teachers, it is our desire to provide a loving and positive environment involving God and His principles in life.

 Registration for Fall 2010

Is happening now!

New Families--We welcome you to come by anytime for a tour of our facilities, meet the staff and even sit in on a class or two.  The best time to come and observe the classes in action is between the hours of 9:30 and 11:30.  Come on by, we would love to meet you and find out if our program will meet the needs of your family.

**New** This Fall we will offer an 18 month old class on Monday and Wednesday.

Bad Weather Policy

We follow the McKinney school district for bad weather delays or closing.

Please watch the news for information regarding actions taken by McKinney ISD in the event of bad weather.

  • If MISD is closed --- we are closed
  • If MISD is delayed by 1 hour --- Extended care will begin at 9:30 and Preschool at 10:00
  • If MISD is delayed by 2 hours --- Extended care will begin at 10:30 and Preschool at 11:00
  • Dismissal times will remain the same

There will be no morning carpool on bad weather days, all children must be walked into the building.

Inclement weather may result in Crossing Point experiencing some staff shortages due to road conditions therefore, there may be some changes to your child's class schedule.  Flexibility will be the word of the day.

What if the weather gets bad during the school day?  If MISD schools close early--so will we!! Remember, our staff will have to pick up their own children too.  So please come pick up your preschooler as soon as possible.  Listen to the radio during bad weather for updates on school closings!
